True enough, on February 4, 2013, the band officially announced the end of their four-year hiatus, and introduced their new full-length album entitled Save Rock and Roll, accompanied by a tour. You could only imagine the reactions of hundreds of thousands of fans across the globe. Everything was once again right in the world; at least for the Fall Out Boy fans.
Their first single off the new record, My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark, gained massive admiration from the listeners, bringing it to #1 on the iTunes Singles Charts in the U.S. as well as in multiple countries around the world. I guess you could say the guys had made quite the entrance back into the pop punk scene.
If you haven’t already listened to this album’s thrilling drum beats, show-stopping guitar riffs, and powerful lyrics, I suggest you crawl out beneath the rock you've been living under and head on over to the nearest record store or go to iTunes and pick up a copy!
Check out FOB’s new series entitled The Young Blood Chronicles, featuring instalments of music videos for every song on the album on YouTube!
