Here are some tips to avoid them before they even start:
1. Don't pop your pimple. Ever.
Contrary to this article's title, you should never pop your pimple. Do you want to make pimples worse? Do you want to make your skin worse than it already seems? No? Then don't pop `em.
2. Avoid oily food.
Oil can clog your pores thus making it more prone to getting all the dirt and bacteria stuck in your skin. I had this experience last summer when I had summer classes that lasted the whole day and the only food options were fast food restaurants and their greasy food. I ended up looking like the girl on the Wendy's logo because of how the pimples looked on my face. But when my summer classes ended, the pimples were gone. So lesson learned.
3. Don't stress!
Stress can actually worsen the state of your pimples. Stress produces more oil that clogs your pores and makes the acne worse. So learn to chill every once in a while.
