You’re hungry. Naturally, you’ll think about food, but not just any food; food that you crave. Have you ever found yourself awake at three in the morning, scrolling through pictures of scrumptious food on the Internet and whimpering as you try your best not to lick the computer screen? I know I have. It’s more than okay to indulge. Forget that diet! If you’re stressed, you shouldn't feel bad about eating your feelings, it’s human nature. We eat when we’re anxious and we’re proud of it, for God’s sake. Personally, my comfort food is anything from McDonald’s. I just want to eat McNuggets all the time, it’s actually getting ridiculous. Point is, it’s different for everyone. Others like salad, others like desserts, and others like savory treats.
Whatever the craving, go for it. Don’t count calories. It isn’t comfort food if you keep thinking about how fat it’ll make you. This spooky Halloween season, stock up on snacks that you think will keep you warm and cheerful on the inside. Eat your heart out! (Zombie pun not intended)
I’m just going to go ahead and spam you with pictures of all the mouthwatering food I found on Twitter, posted by my favorite Internet food account, @ItsFoodPorn. (Check them out!)
