Because we're poor, we're just going to mention the notable dishes that they serve that we weren't able to order:
Here are the food that we ordered:
Wasabi Caesar Salad
Organic greens with wasabi Caesar dressing, croutons, and carrot bacon
Anna: I'm sad that the carrot bacon got soggy that fast. I eat salads but only if they're filled with chicken bits, bacon, and sesame mayonnaise. The dressing needs getting used to, being a total carnivore and all. But I could keep eating this for health reasons.
Daniela: It lacks a bit of crunch. The carrot bacon and croutons were already sopping when it reached the table. I'm not a big fan of the dressing.
Mashed sweet potato balls served with aioli and cashew sauce
Daniela: I'm not a big fan of sweet potato *takes a bite* oh wait I take that back holy good Lord that is so good. A sweet and soft interior with a crunchy exterior. There's a sudden burst of something I can't explain.
Anna: Fried perfectly. I can't really taste the white sauce. The ball itself tastes really powerful though. I don't know whether to love it or hate it actually.
Kale and malunggay pesto with fettuccine pasta topped with alfalfa sprouts and sauteed onions
Anna: Super comforting. The serving is just right because it's one of those types of food where you can't have too much. I don't like the taste of kale very much but I'd make an exception for this.
Daniela: You could taste the kale very well. The creaminess is very comforting. I honestly can't have too much because it's nakakaumay. It's so rich. One serving is good enough for two people.
Fried squid rings served with mayonnaise and pineapples
**We couldn't handle all the health that was in our stomachs. We needed something fried and something that wasn't a vegetable. This was from Pino's menu.
Anna: Again fried perfectly. The squid cooked just right, not tough at all. The coating is really something though. The sauce is fine and I do like the pineapples.
Daniela: The squid is easy to chew and it went very well with the dip which had pineapples. It was absolutely delightful to munch on something that wasn't a root. Impeccably crisped, with an appetizing aroma.
