“It was a bit on the frantic side, maybe because neither one of us had done the mental preparation, so we were both thinking, 'Oh, right! Kissing! Quickly! Quickly! More movement! Deploy tongue!'”
― Maureen Johnson, Let it Snow
I bought this book last last year out of impulse and it actually turned out to be a good buy. It's full of fluff and silly shenanigans, perfect for snow days and nights when you feel as blue as the cover. It's a light read, which is refreshing to see from John Green. It's easy and shallow, none of the serious stuff. Reading this book is a nice way to let some love and happiness enter your system if you don't have any. And don't worry about all the "romance" because it's also about friendship and adventure.
All in all, Let It Snow is a good read. It wasn't that bad but it's not the best one in the book shelf. I would rate it a 4/5. So grab some tea or some hot cocoa, play that Michael Bublé album and give this book a read!
