Marian: Life is really tiring and I think no matter where you are, there will really come a time where you just want to stop everything and not go on because everything is just too much - and that is totally fine. But I think that's the thing about life, you really have to go on no matter how you feel or no matter how tired you are from everything because nothing will happen if you just totally stop. Maybe this is the time when you need to take some time off for yourself. Spend a couple of days alone and try to just breathe and be with yourself. Disconnect from the internet and spend some time doing simple things like sleeping, eating, or reading that book you've been planning to read. Based on experience, this was very effective because after a few days, I felt calm and controlled and ready to take on the world again. Sometimes, things can get old and exhausting if you aren't doing it to achieve something so you can also try to set a goal and decide to be determined enough to achieve it; then everything you're doing will have another meaning and you won't get too exhausted because you're gearing towards something.
Reign: Sometimes everything can seem so overwhelming and I think what you need is a break from all the things that make you feel exhausted. Try to lessen the stuff you do everyday like maybe stop watching TV or going online for a while because those kinds of things will only add to the stress you feel. Try to keep your daily routine simple and only do the things you really need to do. Also, it's okay to cry about stuff because that way, you're releasing all the negative energy. I think the best thing you can do right now is to power through the last two months because everything will eventually be alright.
"There's an event for Valentine's Day and I'm the head of one of the teams for the event and I seriously don't know what to do anymore! The other members won't do their part so I end up doing everything and the event is less than a week away and there's still so much to be done and I really wanna tell on them already but they're all mostly from the upper batch so I'm a little hesitant about telling on them but they're seriously not doing anything and I feel like I'm gonna go insane please help :(("
Marian: I would suggest that you try to talk to the members individually first and politely remind them of their tasks and maybe you can also subtly tell them the exact things that are expected of them. If that still doesn't work, don't be afraid to discreetly talk to the head of the whole event. You're the head of your team for a reason and if you tell them nicely about what's going on and how you're having troubles with the tasks assigned to your team then maybe they'll be able to extend a helping hand and you won't have to carry all the load anymore.
Reign: One thing I hate about group works or anything involving a team is the lack of initiative of some people. I think you should remind them to do their job immediately or report them to the highest authority of your org. Don't be intimidated that they're older, I think you have the right to tell on them because obviously they're not doing their part. Oh god, but sometimes if you wanna get shit done your way, you really have to do it yourself.
