Reign: I guess you can explain the benefits of you driving; like, they wouldn't have to drive you to places anymore or something like that. If your parents have no time to teach you, you can ask them if you can enter a driving school.
Anna: Well that all depends on how your parents react to things they don't like, considering that it sounds like they're not totally amazed by the idea. Find the right time to sit down and talk to them. Though, this might have the difficulty of an oral defense, your sincerity would probably win them over. If not, go pull out your cue card and start listing your advantages of driving and your counter-argument to them. Add a Powerpoint presentation if you want. But be gentle as possible.
"Is it weird that I never want to go to a soiree?"
Reign: OMG NO IT'S NOT WEIRD BECAUSE I FEEL THE SAME WAY. I actually want to keep my record of never going to a soiree whilst I'm in high school and so far, I'm doing pretty good. I have too much stuff to do that I don't really have time to attend. Soirees aren't that important; you're going to live without going to one. Yeah, it will give you the chance to have more guy friends, but I'm pretty sure you don't need a soiree to do that for you.
Anna: OF COURSE NOT GIRL YOU DON'T NEED NO MAN! I go because I enjoy parties but some people just like small gatherings and that is perfectly fine. Sure, soirees are places to meet people and experience new things but if you aren't comfortable with the people you're around with or your just not motivated, I don't see the point of going at all.
"I can't wait to graduate but at the same time I'm really scared of what might happen to me afterwards."
Reign: Oh god, I know how you feel. There's so much uncertainty especially if you're still not sure about your career and/or college choice. I think everybody's a bit scared because it's a totally different world out there and we have no idea what's going to happen to any of us. Right now, we can only predict and assume but there's a possibility we will not become what we think we will be in the future; and that's either for the better or worse. I guess just live in the moment for now. Enjoy your last few months of high school and whatever happens afterwards, it's going to happen for a reason.
Anna: You mean college? Then job? Then marriage? Then kids? Yeah, that's all scary as hell, but it's inevitable. We can't pull a Peter Pan and live in our parent's house like it's Neverland. That's why we have our brains to learn and study whatever there is to come. That's why we have other people to help us if we fall and to steer us away from bad things. That's why we have our hearts to tell us where we feel we should be. The unknown is scary but what makes it scarier is thinking on how scary it is.
