Anna: Hello person, I had the exact same problem before and I'm still getting used to guys because sending your daughter to an all girls school sure does help her become more efficient in talking to the other sex (sarcasm). Anyways, what you should do is to first of all, get some ground with the guy. "Hey, you like comic books? I like comic books too!" kind of stuff. And awkwardness only exists in your head so keep chanting that. Laugh if you think what he said was funny and explain yourself because you are entitled to laugh. And guys actually like it when the girl is smiling. Just remember that you are here to be nice and friendly and not point out OH SHIT THAT WAS AWKWARD ABORT ABORT. That doesn't help at all.
Reign: Just be yourself around them; and around everyone in general. I've also been studying in all-girl schools since the dawn of time, so I totally know how it feels like. Don't think that just because they're the opposite sex, you have to act a certain way. Start with some small talk and let them get to know you more. Sometimes it's only awkward at first but when you get used to the feeling, you'll probably want to hang out with them more.
"Sometimes I have the urge to just give up on things, like I've been so stressed out lately and I think it's getting out of hand. Help??"
Reign: Don't over think things. That and worrying can add to the stress you're feeling so try to take a deep breath and calm yourself down. Instead of being anxious about things, think about what are the possible ways on how you can make doing what you need to do easier. Don't procrastinate, doing things earlier can reduce the pressure and stress from meeting deadlines on time. This is so cliche but think positive. It will always get better in the end and I guess keep working hard because success doesn't come easy.
Anna: SLEEP. SLEEP DEPRIVATION WILL KILL ALL KINDS OF MOTIVATION AND ANY CHANCES OF HAPPINESS.EAT TOO. SAME THING.Treat your body well because you only got your body and emotions left since you will be exhausted mentally. Do not cram at all because you don't need the added pressure.
"Should I tell my parents that I have a girlfriend (I'm a girl)?? I'm new to this whole relationship thing so I don't know if I should keep it a secret or not. I'm afraid my parents would not approve of our relationship."
