Reign: Control and conquer. If you really want to quit, you have to discipline yourself. You could try e-cigs if you find it hard to stop.
Anna: E-cigarettes, nicotine gum, nicotine patches and a lot of patience. I suggest getting another person to help you out. You should seriously not expect your addiction to go away as quick as it developed. Expect a lot of irrational frustrations and lashing out at people.
"I'm a lesbian but I'm starting to like boys now, what should I do?"
Reign: You're probably still confused about your sexuality. Maybe you're bisexual if you're attracted to both. But hey, why do you need to conform to labels?
Anna: Well, you can admit that you're bi. If you don't feel like bisexual is the right type of adjective, maybe you're homosexual, meaning sexually attractive to girls, and homoromantic, meaning romantically attractive to boys. At this day and age, I suggest don't put a label on you till you're like 20 something.
"I have sepanx with my friends, they're all in bora. How do I cope??"
Reign: Try to keep yourself from thinking about your friends in bora. Do something productive in your own way. Maybe read a new book or something; keep yourself busy. Try to also hang out with your other friends who aren't in bora.
Anna: Find people who aren't in Bora. I'm pretty sure not all your friends could make it to Bora. And if they did, get some new friends in places like workshops or something. Get yourself busy with some summer reading or a job or sports.
