Daniela: It's nice that you're organized on your part and I know how frustrating it is when things don't go as planned. If it's been going on for months now, try bringing this up with your parents. Tell them you've got your own stuff going on as well. Whatever happens, always make sure you'll have time to rest because that is more important then stressing about what to do next. Always choose your wellness first.
"I'm not ready for the year ahead there's so many things to do and so many things to decide on and I feel so overwhelmed and there's really no one to talk to about these things. I feel like I'm going in blind in almost every situation I get in to and end up getting anxiety attacks that no one really understands because they just assume that I'm overreacting and I'm just "getting the attacks to call for attention" which is not true and that hurts the most. Please help I don't know how to deal with the people around me anymore"
Daniela: Take it one step at a time. Open up to one of your closest friends. Maybe she's just as nervous as you are. Remember, you're never alone. Don't think that you're being a burden or you're gonna waste someone's time whenever you want to open up to them. They'll be more than glad to hear you speak up and they'll do whatever they can to help you. If some of them shrugs you off and pulls you down, push them away. You don't need those kinds of people in your life. But always keep in mind that there are people who care and understand.
