Anna: You don't. You don't detach yourself from your laptop. It is too late. Joking aside, I just get out more. Go out with your friends all the time, jog or do whatever just as long as you are away from your laptop. Or sleep. Sleep is good too.
Reign: I have the same problem too...as well as maybe 65% of our generation. The real question is: can you really detach yourself? I spend probably more than eight hours online whether on my laptop or on my phone, and yeah I’m addicted but I don’t see anything wrong with it. Maybe try to lessen the number of hours you spend on the computer. Read books, paint, discover a new hobby; those kinds of things. Hang out with your friends. When I’m with the Reinvent gang, I rarely check Twitter or Facebook or whatever. It’s good to talk to someone face-to-face for a change.
"I eat waaay to many sweets, what can I do? Like what can I eat instead of candies and stuff?"
Reign: I prefer savory over sweet so I suggest you take a McDonald’s drive-thru or go eat BBQ-flavored Pringles. I love anything BBQ-flavored. If you want to be healthy, salad and brown rice are good to start with.
Anna: That is a hard one because nothing is going to match chocolate other than chocolate. You could always try fruits, but it's not going to be the same. So I suggest get a little of both, like fruit salad, apple pie, mango float, et cetera because at least you have some nutrition going on in your tummy.
